1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl991 ("jl991," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl991.cam. 3. Account Registration

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on jl991. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;

• Account inactivity — jl991 may close dormant accounts with zero balances after a period of extended inactivity as defined in jl991's operational policies.

Where an account is closed by jl991 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
